Refund Policy

Stackalone sells digital content (e-books and web viewer-based learning materials). Because content is accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are processed only under the conditions below.

1. Conditions for Refund

You may request a full refund if you meet all of the following conditions.

  • Within 14 days of payment
  • You have not viewed the main content in the web viewer

2. Conditions Where Refund Is Not Available

Refunds are not available in the following cases.

  • More than 14 days have passed since payment
  • You have already viewed the main content

3. Technical Issue Support

If you encounter technical issues accessing the content (login errors, viewer not working, etc.), please email hello@stackalone.com. We will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email hello@stackalone.com with the following information.

  • Order number or email used at checkout
  • Product name
  • Reason for refund (briefly)

5. Processing Time

Refund requests are reviewed and acknowledged within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and provider.

6. Content Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, library access to the corresponding product is revoked immediately. Downloading or copying the content prior to the refund is considered a violation of the terms.

7. Additional Payment Provider Policies

Additional refund policies from the payment provider may also apply, depending on your payment method. If this policy and the provider's policy conflict, the more favorable terms for the consumer will apply.
